Elite Powerhouse Consulting does not provide original content creation, including scripting, filming, graphic design, or copywriting, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
All services are subject to availability, scope, and acceptance by Elite Powerhouse Consulting.
3. Client Engagement and Agreements
All services are governed by a Master Services Agreement or written agreement provided to the client prior to the start of work. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will take precedence.
Elite Powerhouse Consulting reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a client is not a good fit, violates these terms, or fails to meet contractual obligations.
4. Retainer and Project Terms
Support may be provided on a monthly retainer or project basis, depending on the agreed scope of work.
Retainer services are provided based on allocated monthly hours and do not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused hours expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Project-based and à la carte services are scoped individually and may be subject to minimum time commitments.
5. Payments and Billing
All fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are outlined in the applicable agreement or invoice.
Payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule. Failure to submit timely payment may result in paused services or termination of the engagement.
Due to the customized nature of services, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, termination without cause requires written notice as specified in the service agreement. Services and billing will continue through the applicable notice period.
Elite Powerhouse Consulting reserves the right to terminate services immediately for cause, including but not limited to non-payment, breach of agreement, or inappropriate conduct.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely information and access to necessary tools, platforms, and materials required for service delivery.
Elite Powerhouse Consulting is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete information, lack of access, or failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Confidentiality
Elite Powerhouse Consulting treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose confidential information without permission, except as required by law.
Clients agree to respect the confidentiality of Elite Powerhouse Consulting’s processes, systems, pricing, and proprietary materials.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Elite Powerhouse Consulting in the course of providing services remain the property of Elite Powerhouse Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of all content and materials they provide.
Elite Powerhouse Consulting reserves the right to reference general work experience without disclosing confidential or identifying information.
10. Limitation of Liability
Elite Powerhouse Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Services are provided on an “as is” basis. While reasonable care is taken, Elite Powerhouse Consulting does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or business performance.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the site.
